An Elegant Wedding Venue Brooklyn Couples Drive To

Brooklyn couples rarely have to look far for a room. What they have trouble finding is a room that belongs to them alone for an entire day. No second party in the next hall. No shared cocktail space. No staff splitting attention between two celebrations.

Sand Castle sits a short drive from most of Brooklyn, and it's the reason so many couples from Park Slope, Williamsburg, Bay Ridge, and Bensonhurst make the trip. Four private acres in Franklin Square. Landscaped gardens, a waterfall and pond, a Four Season Glass Atrium, and a Grand Ballroom, all yours from the first look to the last dance.

One wedding. One day. One address.

Exclusive Wedding Ceremony Spaces in Brooklyn's Reach

Four acres. Four settings. Every one of them yours alone on your wedding day.

Outdoor wedding ceremony setup with rows of white chairs facing a gazebo surrounded by trees and greenery.

Four Season Glass Atrium: Indoor Ceremonies

Climate-controlled and framed in glass, the Atrium holds your ceremony with the gardens in full view behind you. Rain, snow, or August heat, the ceremony starts on time and the wedding photos look the way you planned them. Every indoor ceremony at Sand Castle takes place here.

Bride and groom pose in an elegant ballroom foyer with chandeliers, patterned carpeting, and ornate ceiling details.

Gazebo and Waterfall Grounds: Outdoor Ceremonies

Descend the grand staircase to a gazebo set beside a pond and waterfall. Landscaped gardens shift with the season. Spring blooms, autumn color, winter architecture. Wedding photographers routinely ask for extra time here.

Together, the Atrium and the gazebo make Sand Castle a true indoor and outdoor wedding venue Brooklyn couples can commit to a year ahead without watching the forecast.

The Grand Ballroom: Brooklyn Wedding Hall for Large Events

Stone pillars, chandeliers, high ceilings, and a dance floor sized for a crowd. The Grand Ballroom seats a full guest list comfortably without the room feeling scattered. Uplighting, smoke effects, and ice sculptures are included, not upsold.

Saturdays from May through October typically book 12 to 18 months out. Fridays, Sundays, and winter dates open closer to six months. Send us a date and we'll tell you honestly what's left.

No, and we'd rather say so. Sand Castle sits on a landscaped four-acre estate with a pond and waterfall on the grounds. If you searched for a Brooklyn waterfront wedding venue and found us, what you're likely after is water in your photos and privacy on your day. We have both.

No. All catering is handled in-house by Chef John Arenth's team. Menus are fully customizable, including kosher, halal, vegan, and gluten-free service.

Yes. Four acres, one couple, all day. Never two.
